MacDonald Humfrey (Automation) Ltd awarded Major Automation Project for the new Rolls Royce manufacturing Plant in Singapore.

Macdonald Humfrey (Automation) Ltd has been awarded the second phase of a three phase project that encompasses a unique method of automated build within the aerospace industry.

The first phase which was developed under simultaneous engineering conditions with The Rolls Royce engineering team at the Derby manufacturing plant proved to be a major success for Rolls Royce. The proven and tested design has consequently been chosen as the solution of choice for the new and highly automated plant that is currently being constructed in Singapore.

The automated process for the transportation, build and assembly of the Rolls Royce engines has been developed to accommodate the highly critical and extensive Quality procedures demanded by the Rolls Royce processes.    

MacDonald Humfrey (Automation) Ltd and its subsidiary company Exmac Automation Ltd are extremely proud to be working with Rolls Royce on such a prestigious multimillion pound project.
